Policies and Staging

Below I have linked to an extensive article by Better Homes and Gardens on the subject of preparing your home for a photoshoot.

Here are the 5 most important things to do

before I arrive:

  1. Turn on all interior lights.

  2. Turn off all ceiling fans.

  3. Open all blinds, shades, and curtains. Alternatively, lower the blinds leaving the slats horizontal.

  4. Clear all vehicles from the driveway and the street directly in front of the home.

  5. Clear away any clutter on on counters, sinks, and tabletops, especially sponges, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, stuff on top of the fridge, magnets and pictures on the fridge, etc. etc.

It truly is the little things that make a home show well for photos.

I will be photographing the home AS IS.

Cancellation with 24 hrs. of a scheduled photoshoot is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Late fees and standby fees start at 15 minutes past the scheduled time at a rate of $25 per/15 min.
